Our Staff

Marcia Conrad - Executive Director - Marcia Conrad joined Allegany Law in 2005 bringing with her experience in family law, provision of legal services, and general civil law in Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars and has been practicing law since 1980.

Melissa Buskirk - Legal Assistant - She is responsible for management of the office and screening and reviewing requests for assistance. She works under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.
